thanks for the items, we have been very happy with the quality for the most part, although the engraving on the champagne flutes is a bit hard to read. we also received one beer stein which was broken (the other 5 are in beautiful condition, we are very pleased with what we received; i was wondering if there is any way we could have it resent? i am able to send photo evidence if needed.
