I ordered the ‘Couples Boxed Decanter Set’ on Friday morning approx 9am requiring the gift for a farewell party that night. I spoke with the lovely staff member and she assured me she’d look for my order and have it fast tracked. By 12pm the Decanter set along with the engraving was complete. Very happy with the service and so were the receiving friends.
